DebugProbe C API
================

The C-compatible interface to the Binho Atira, shadowing the blocking C++
surface one call at a time — what Ground Control binds. Every string and byte
buffer is written into caller-provided storage with an explicit capacity;
nothing is allocated on the caller's behalf. Every public method of
``debugprobe::DebugProbe`` has an entry point here, enforced by
``scripts/check_atira_bindings.py``.
